Rooftop Prince RAGE

Bak Ha. YOU NEVER GET IN THE CAR.

WHY DID YOU GET INTO HIS CAR? ARE YOU THAT STUPID?

HE BROKE INTO YOUR HOUSE TWICE; TRASHED IT THE SECOND TIME. YOU JUST STOOD THERE, NOT EVEN CALLING THE POLICE. AND THEN HE CALLS YOU AND YOU JUST GET INTO HIS CAR WILLINGLY?

Flipping tables, man. FLIPPING TABLES.

ROOFTOP PRINCE. SO INTENSE.

I don’t have anything terribly important to say. Except that oh lawd, by ep. 14 all the lies begin to unravel! DELICIOUS TENSION. I love it when compulsive liars get caught in their own web of deceit. Oh man I’m so glad it’s 2/3 of the way through and the story has’t lagged too badly yet. Sometimes dramas start to get really boring after episode 10 or so….definitely enjoying this one. :3

In other unrelated news, my nephew won 3rd place at the Baby Show today! He lost out to a stupid dancing baby…..why’d he hafta go and dance around like that? grrrr.

Hot in hurr. Also, Korea… waeeee?

My god, today was warm. With the humidex it was up to about 35 celsius or so. I spent most of the day in an air conditioned building, but I did walk in the heat for about 30 min. I went all the way to my Little sister’s school only to find out she was….not at school today. I even bought her the gummy bears she really likes…;o;

My big setback of the week:

I gathered all my initial EPIK documents—signed contract, application, background check, etc. I had to Fedex them to Korea which cost me $78. Brutal. Notarizing, btw, costs $50 for the first document, and 25$ for the next, etc.

The recruiter e-mails me the next day and says hse got the documents, but there’s one missing. So I print it and now I need to Fedex it over to SK again—which will cost me more money. Then, in two weeks, I’ll get my BA and TESOL cert. Notarizing them both will cost my $75, and mailing both will cost me another $75. Be warned, future ESL teachers abroad: getting your docs in is no easy task, nor is it an affordable one. :(
